Join us for an immersive evening of guided writing, meditation, and live sound healing designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the wisdom that's already within you. Through thoughtfully crafted writing exercises, you'll explore the stories you've been living by, question the beliefs that may no longer be serving you, and discover what it would look like to consciously rewrite the next chapter of your life.

Each participant will receive a beautifully designed workbook filled with reflective prompts and exercises to guide the experience and continue the work long after the workshop ends. Together, we'll slow down, put pen to paper, and create space for clarity, self compassion, and honest reflection. Writing has a way of revealing what we already know but haven't yet given ourselves permission to hear.
