Monthly Theme: Cultivating Joy
Our first gathering is a soft, sacred space for women to come home to themselves — and to be supported by other women doing the same.
Together we’ll share, breathe, move, and melt into a restorative sound bath as we explore what joy feels like in the body, the heart, and in sisterhood.
