Illness & Absences

We value the wellbeing of our community. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and rest — your health and the health of others comes first.

For class memberships and class packs:

• Please cancel in advance through your account, email, or phone.

• “Prior notice” means at least 1 hour before class start time (or the evening before for morning classes).

• With proper notice, the class will be returned to your account for future use (based on availability and expiration date).

 

For late cancellations and no-shows:

• If cancellation occurs after the class start time, the session will be forfeited.

• No refunds or make-ups will be issued for missed classes without notice.

 

Appointments (Private Sessions, Bodywork, Healing Services)

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you:

• 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the session

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the session

Exceptions may be made for sudden illness or emergencies at the discretion of the Sanctuary.

 

Workshops, Series & Special Events

These offerings require preparation and limited capacity.

• Cancel 48 hours or more in advance → full credit to account

• Cancel within 48 hours → non-refundable, transferable to another guest

• No-shows → non-refundable

If the Sanctuary cancels a workshop, you will receive the option of:

• Full refund OR

• Full credit

 

Instructor Illness or Class Changes

If a practitioner becomes unavailable, we will:

• Provide a substitute instructor when possible, OR

• Issue a class credit or reschedule

Notifications will be sent via email and/or text as soon as possible.

 

Sanctuary Closures

We may close for weather, emergencies, public health concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

In these cases:

• Classes will be rescheduled or credited

• Refunds are not guaranteed except for prepaid single events

 

Refunds & Purchases

 

Media Release

By attending Sanctuary + Health, you grant permission for photographs or video taken during classes or events to be used for educational or promotional purposes.
Please notify us in writing if you prefer not to appear in media.

 

Email Communication

By registering, you agree to receive scheduling and account communications.
Marketing emails are optional and you may unsubscribe at any time.
