Return Policy

We take pride in offering holistic healing items that support your well-being. Due to the nature of our products—including crystals, essential oils, herbal blends, and other wellness goods—we do not accept returns on any opened or used items. We are also unable to accept returns on any perishable or consumable item sold regardless of condition. 

If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please email us at connect@santuary-health.org and we will make it right by providing a replacement, subject to inspection and approval. Thank you for understanding and respecting our commitment to quality and safety.
