Sacred Sounds:
Julie Bjurman and Lauren Nielson are best friends since 2000, connected by a lifelong love of energy, healing, and spiritual exploration. Their shared holistic path began with Reiki and naturally expanded into meditation, yoga nidra, astrology, crystals, and other integrative practices that support mind-body awareness and inner transformation.
In 2018, both Julie and Lauren experienced the profound impact of sound healing firsthand, an initiation that shifted the trajectory of their work. Since then, they have continued to study, train, and immerse themselves in the evolving field of sound medicine, weaving together ancient wisdom, modern nervous system awareness, and intuitive ceremony.
Sacred Sounds was born from this shared devotion to frequency, intention, and conscious space-holding.
