A Shamanic Drum Circle at Sanctuary+Health is a powerful, heart-centered gathering where rhythm becomes medicine.

Together in circle, we drop into the steady beat of the drum — calming the mind, grounding the body, and awakening connection. You’re invited to set an intention, drum if you feel called, or simply rest and receive the vibration. No experience is needed.

This is a space to release, reset, and reconnect — to yourself and to community.

Vanessa is an intuitive healer whom combines a variety of techniques such as using Traditional Chinese Medicine Tools, Reiki & Shamanic Practices, Sound Healing, Psychic work, Spiritual Guidance/Coaching & Yoga may be incorporated to create a “wholeness” to sessions.
