Sue Akpinar

My journey into this work began more than 15 years ago through Pilates, where I first discovered the quiet power of the breath and its profound influence on the body. What started as physical practice soon became something deeper — an awareness of how breath shapes not only movement, but emotion, presence, and healing itself. This discovery led me to train as a breath therapist, and over time my curiosity naturally expanded into hypnotherapy, trauma release, and mind–body healing practices.



As I continued learning, I began to recognize the deeper relationship between breath, emotional experience, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Around the same time, I became more aware of bioenergy practices that had gently existed within my family for generations. Through this, I came to understand that every person carries an innate healing intelligence — a natural energy that, when supported with care and awareness, can guide meaningful transformation.



Today, my work brings together breathwork, trauma awareness, bioenergy practices, and holistic approaches into a compassionate and grounded healing experience. My intention is simple: to create a safe and supportive space where healing can happen in the present moment, while offering gentle tools that people can continue to use in their everyday lives.



For the past 15 years, I have worked professionally with clients through both in-person and online sessions, first in Turkey and now here, supporting individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and strengthening both physical and emotional well-being in a natural and sustainable way.
