Michael Perez
Michael has been practicing since 2015 after being recommended to Yoga for his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai practices. He fell in love after one class. Michael took his practice seriously and absorbed all he could from every class. Taking classes all over LI and NYC. In December 2023 Michael went to Guatemala to do his intensive 200hr Vinyasa YTT with the The Kula Collective which he combines with his years of Breathwork, Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin, and Nidra to formulate an intense, therapeutic, and fun flow.
